Better, but still borderline I'd say.

Overprocessed/bad color sky. Color settings are incorrect as well, needs to be sRGB, not Pro Photo.

Set your workspace profile to sRGB and save images with that profile attached if uploading to the web.

Not sure what setting you are referring to, but you can usually find it under Edit -> Convert to Profile. That will tell you what profile is assigned, and allow you to change it if needed.

                            Dark/flat, and bad color profile.

Your previous version of this image was rejected for dark and bad color profile, two of the things that were previously indicated as problems. You're under no obligation to follow the advice we give, but if you wish to continue receiving it from crew, it would probably be a good idea to actually follow the advice.

Well thats a bit rude, as I did bump exposure up, and followed the color advice to the letter. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Sorry, not trying to be rude, but the most recent one is still ProPhoto RGB, even though it was previously indicated that sRGB is necessary. Unfortunately many others have been asking for advice (and thus our time), but then (intentionally or not) disregarding that advice. Not at all saying it's anything intentional on your part, just frustrating to see indicated issues go unresolved.
