In my experience using Lightroom for editing, halos come from using the whites, highlights, shadows, blacks and clarity sliders.
If you have used any of them, I’d suggest resetting them to zero and trying again
OK. This is the original without any editing. Are we seeing something from Lightroom's export?
I don't think that's the 'original' since it has been cropped and is 1200pix, but in any case if the original file is indeed a jpeg, then it may be impossible to remove the halos if a result of the D-lighting feature of your Nikon. If it is a RAW file (.nef), then yes, the halos are being introduced somewhere in your workflow and should be easy to remove with a better edit.
