Can I please get some advice on this photo regrading contrast and will it get rejected for the leaves in the bottom of the picture

Leaves are irrelevant; image is backlit with extremely poor contrast. This is not fixable.

Some marks in the sky for all three, but nothing I can clearly identify as dust.

Yes. For the softness as well.

No. Also dirty, overprocessed, and somewhat soft/blurry.
