Irabujima is a very small airport in the Ryukyu Islands that doesn't see scheduled air service but is used for training by the Japanese airlines. I've seen a 767 there before and it appears that it gets 767s once in a while as well as some 737s. They probably have more different types that fly in there as well.

Wichita, KS used to get An-124s to bring in fuselages from the UK for an aircraft manufacturer a couple of years ago. Wichita's not a very small airport but the largest aircraft there are usually 727 and 757 freighters.
