Aircraft manufacturer missing

Dear Community,

I got a shot of this Aircraft up here: ^

I also found out that this could be also a First photo to Jetphotos, but there´s no manufacturer for this airplane in the list.
This aircraft is a BRM Aero Bristell B23, built in Czech Republic.

I also tried to create a new Airplane to the list but it got rejected for none reason.

I really would like to upload it but its hard to upload without any data to fill in.
