Cam, the reason I said what I did was I do believe anyone that puts up their money and their expertise is entitled to a good return and money in their pocket. That being said he is stupid to have said what he did. No matter what he pays his employees they will always want more money and less work.

he is right on the principle, lots of employees would be UNABLE to replicate or just be successful if given the opportunity to set up their shops and more importantly to run it over a long stretch of time

Verdict -
Reshuffle the Human Ressource Dept, or create one from scratch
Hire a new Human Ressource Manager really able to draw an unanimity on both sides
