Thoughts on 737-800?

May I ask, tsv: what are you a fan of?

Sure. My favourite aircraft ever is the Ilyushin 86 but I'm basically into Tupolev's, Ilyushins and Antonovs. The highlight of my (Aviation) year will undoubtedly be a flight from SVO (Moscow) to LED (ST P) on an AN-148, which I've booked for July.

My favourite Western Aircraft would be the A-340, especially the Lan Chile version, but I don't mind any Airbus or the offerings of the small Airframers. I must admit to swearing and cursing every time a company orders Boeings. Having said that I am still looking forward to my first flight on a 777 (NRT-DME) with JAL, also in July.
