There are some odds this is TOTAL bologna. The sound does not quite seem consistent with the view.
However, I THINK, MAYBE they shut down an engine near V-1, and continued with a very aggressive pull up, and then gradual wing over as they fly below the minimum controllable airspeed (I note left aileron and a right bank). The engine shutdown may NOT_be related to pushing the "What-does-this-do?" button.
Or it's total bologna (did I say that, already?)
