Yes overview is ok. Borderline motive though, as you don't actually see much of the ramp. Most of the foreground is just the infield. Some noise visible in the sky.

The light is a bit harsh, but would be acceptable for me.

If they are airport vehicles (not private), then it should be ok. Otherwise you are allowed to blur them.
