All soft to varying degrees (except maybe #2), but other than that don't see any major issues.

A bit weak on 3 & 4, especially the former, but that one would be rejected for softness regardless.

Do i need to put night shot for this photo?

You should mark this photo as a night photo (in my opinion) only if the background sky is grey, black or the like. In this case I would say it#s a daytime photo.
But also I wouldn't upload this photo on JetPhotos, because the B777 seems very dusty and I think you should dim it a bit. It looks like you've laid a thin white layer over the picture.
