Rejected for overexposed and horizon. I had fixed the horizon earlier under your advice and it does seem to look fine with the horizon filter IMO.
I also can't seem to see the overexposure.

Rejected for vignetting, I know there is a super tiny bit of fence in the top right corner but I have the exact same thing in this recent accepted image. https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/11267964
It is barely noticeable and doesn't distract from the heli.
Would an appeal be successful?

I'd try a different crop. Should be able to get rid of it.

I don't really see the unlevel horizon other than the fence. But the fence has conflicting verticals so it's hard to tell.
For the softness, I can't really see softness and if I sharpen it any more it looks oversharpened.

Slight haze/sharpening issues on the first three, but nearly ok. Last one still badly oversharpened/compressed.
