Undersharpened soft on almost all my photos

Hi, I have two questions first question is if the contrast / light would be acceptable on this Pegasus A320 NEO. Second question is if I can upload this face shot of this SAS A350, I have already uploaded the one that is taken from the side but I really like the face shot too. It is also taken same date, so I was wondering if this would be rejected for similar or if it is ok. Thanks in advance
