  • Aviation34L - prescreening request/editing advice

Hello screeners, could I get a prescreen for this image. I'm mostly concerned about contrast. Thanks in advance!

Hi! Would this photo be accepted under a creative crop? Thanks!

Image is soft. What is creative about it?

It might not be extra creative, but I've seen other crops like this accepted into the database. It might be better classified as a detail shot. About the image being soft, before downscaling the photo, it looks sharp compared to my other photos. Does it just need more sharpening, or is it the downscaling resulting in a soft photo?

Downsizing will make it sharper, unless you are downsizing at less than 100% quality.

            Crop should be fine.

More sharpening/better edit might help, but depends on the quality of the original.

Are these improvements enough to get them accepted now?

                      Still likely soft rejections.

Could I please get a prescreen for these images? I've added some more sharpness, so hopefully they look better. Additionally, would #4 be considered hot if it's been painted back into a standard livery from a special livery and there aren't any updated photos in the database?

Borderline overprocessed but otherwise ok for me. A change in livery is generally considered hot.

Thank you. What is it I should scale back on to avoid overprocessed rejections?

Noise reduction and whatever is causing the halos.
