Thanks Gianluca, i will give it a try. Do you have some tips or advice for these early morning shots ? Like i said editing the histogram like it should be probably ruins the complete picture.

      • Jan,
The question you should ask yourself is "why am I shooting is bad weather" ? If the answer is actually to perform some special effect like playing with a wet runway, or with the contrasts of a big white cloud, no problem. But here the weather just kills your shots. Personaly I would only accept the 5th one, all other lack contrast.

        Regards
        Alex

Im not a screener, but you can have my opinion anyway: One quick look at this picture tells me you have no idea how to edit digital photographs or how a histogram works. Why do you upload almost completely unedited pictures?

I agree with Pam: very nice, pin sharp! Personally I would add more contrast. You have even better control tweaking the curves, but just as an idea: if you have Photoshop try brightness -10 and contrast +40.

                  • Thanks for the tip Gerardo, i have photoshop so i give it -10 brightness and +40 contrast. Does indeed look a bit better, some more contrast.

                    See the difference :

                    1.

It's not as easy to edit in bad weather.

Really, do you have trouble drying the histogram? Please elaborate.
