    • Hi ya,
Are these 2 ok? If not, what would you suggest to bring them up to standard, if that's possible. Not used to trying such low light shots, so any advice would be appreciated, thanks!!

        It's your opinion .
Asking my post was addressed to reject all images that are much better than this.

        • Rene,

I wouldnt expect much from the 777. Depending on the original for the 747 you could get a nice image from it. I see a bit of noise in the grey in the lower fuselage perhaps from brightening it.

Alireza; If you want to submit a photo as rare as the one you've pointed out we'll bend the rules for that as well. Old rare photos are not held to the same standard as a recently taken one.

With just 44 pictures in the database and currently 11 rejections showing might I, with all DUE respect, suggest that you look to fixing your own problems first before so rudely picking on someone else.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

            • Too much or too little contrast?

              Hi there

From memory this one was taken through glass, so may explain the issue re contrast:

Would someone please suggest the best fix. Is it purely about increasing contrast?
I didn't want to do too much.

              Thanks for any advice.

              Cheers

              • Definately needs more contrast. The darker shades appear as if they have a white layer over them. Using curves or levels you should fix the black point to touch the left hand side of the histogram.

                • Thanks for the feedback - will give that a try.

BTW, good luck with the 5DIII - I would love one too!

They are both quite obvious. The other one is against the bottom of the fuselage under thee rear passenger door

                              • It would be a great help, if you post all facts: When you first uploaded it, you entered a date early march. The screeners rejected it based on that old date.

Tip: On your second upload, instead of whining, shouting and using multiple "!!!" and I don't know what, a simple "corrected date" would have helped a great deal.

                                It has been added meanwhile.
