First thing I would do is get rid of the blue/cyan cast. Then try brightening the shadows a bit.

Color should be ok now, but still borderline for contrast. Not sure there is much more you can do about the latter due to the light.

No.4 soft and it seems from the blue gradient of the sky that a filter is used (UV-filter), which is not acceptable

Thanks. For #4 I didn’t use any filters, that was just the natural gradient of the sky that day, so should I just not upload?

You can upload it. It should be obvious that the sky in this image is a result of natural factors.

Don't think the heat haze is bad enough for it to be an issue; a couple seem to have some vignetting on the left side and some specks/dust in the sky but should otherwise be ok.
