1. soft, centering, contrast
2. dark/contrast
3. backlit, centering
4. dark, soft
5. vignetting, borderline dark

The first three appear to be either completely, or at least partially backlit. If the former, this is not something you can fix.

I have an impression that the reason for refusal is just thought out
at the first giving it was specified that the picture takes too much empty seat
then the reason for refusal was in bad information
then that image too soft
now that horizon not correct!
But did not make any changes to the picture!!!

From where can I know the serial number?

The screener left a message with the rejection telling you the CN exactly. Please check your email again.
