I just noticed on the Alaska the belly towards the back is a bit jagged, and the nose wheel is kinda warped. Are those signs of heat haze?

The fedex was rejected for being backlit, however, I dont think that is necessarily fair that it was rejected when I could have gotten a screener that would be okay with the edit. Should I appeal it? I think it was toplit but I dont want to waste the screeners time if it is impossible to be accepted.
