United B737 MAX 8 suffers gear collapse after landing at IAH
Apparently the crew requested a full rollout to exit at the far end of the runway. The tower asked them to keep the rollout speed up and it seems they didn't slow enough for the right-angle turn, skidded in the turn and put it in the grass, where the main gear separated from the lateral force. Braking problem, or pilot error.
Blancolirio, using data from flightradar24, believes the pilot tried to turn hard right from the end of the runway onto taxiway SC with a ground speed of somewhere between 20 and 25 knots.
