When creators say "exactly like the real airplane" 20 times per video, I don't know if being excited or incredulous.
But I am excited. I don't know how I will avoid buying a new good computer, FS2020 and at least a god joystick next year.

You have found a way to achieve more than 7000 forum entries on your forum posts counter, didn't you. A few days ago, I 'telephoned' with another jetphotos senior about men who thought that more than 7000 forum entries will make 'em king of the world. And I still know what I said when that other jetphotos senior was on the other end of the line. Experience counts, and I have found out that he and me together we have 15+11... so, 26 years of experience in aviation forums. The 11 is me. For you that would mean 15+12 . So, if we knew nothing about us, I had said, wow, how could I have missed one of his more than 7000 forum entries.

Back on topic. Don't take me too serious. Especially not today..

Did you ever find something like very early system requirements for that brilliant new msfs 2020 what will soon come to us?

By now it is all speculation, but people is saying:

                Recommended Requirements, Predicted
                OS: Win 10 64
                Processor: Intel Core i7-7700K 4-Core 4.0GHz / or AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
                System Memory: 16 GB RAM

Add one or two good monitors, at least a very good 4-axis joystick/throttle, and a nice set of speakers or good phones.

Well. I somehow feel a little bit ashamed. Gabe. But this seems to be what you haven't mentioned since your post #16 here in this topic..

Msfs 2020 system requirements, not yet officially published by Microsoft, but that seems to be an early rough guess.

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K or AMD Ryzen 7 1700 or better.
                  RAM: 12 GB.
                  OS: Windows 10 64-bit.
VIDEO CARD: Radeon RX 470 or GeForce GTX 1070 or better,
taken from the site... systemrequirementslab dot com .

Wow. That would mean, that I am not able to run msfs 2020, not at all. I don't own 12 gigs of RAM. At the beginning of this new year 2020 I also talked to someone whom I shared that fear with.

That shiny brilliant new thang msfs 2020 will overload each and every home computer which that person and me know.

But somebody here in this forum said that he will try to buy a new home computer as soon as quite precise system requirements for msfs 2020 are published.

                  Gabe.

PS: For me, there are another two important questions. I know people who still absolutely don't like to work without Win7 Pro 64b, in combination with msfs X , ade X , fsgrw X , et cetera et cetera.
                  1. Will Msfs 2020 work together with Win7 Pro 64b?

If not, I do not have to mention my question # 2. Or only as a theoretical idea.

                  2. Will Msfs X still work together with Win10 Pro 64b?

If the answers are No and No, my decision will be against Msfs 2020, at least in the year 2020.

OS: Yes, that's what I've found, too. And I mentioned my source, in my #23 here in this topic. Good Morning, that's at least what we say here at my home airport.

Sys. Mem.: Oha. My source tries to work with 12 GB RAM.

Pure speculation, but it is like it is. That seems to be nothing for me. Not in the year 2020 .

                    Greetings.

I guess that it will run with any 64-bit Windows version, if you can run DirectX 11.

If I said that I would buy a computer as soon as the official specs are available, let me retract that: I will NOT buy a computer until there are enough unbiased user reviews that can testify 1) if the sim is really good and 2) what requirements are REALLY needed to run it smoothly with a good quality and 3) if I can afford such requirements (and perhaps until we have the first service pack)

Finally, I think you will not have FS2020 in 2020 and that that is irrespective of your decision. We are in March and I am not sure if Alpha version is already undergoing user testing, but pre-Apha has a lot of bugs and issues, and then we will need Beta, and only then there will be a release. The timeline is getting tight for a release in 2020. I guess that Microsoft and Asobo knew this risk and that's why they are calling the new version just Microsoft Flight Simulator (without 2020).

You still don't know why I said, don't take me too serious, especially not today, don't you. In the Kobe Bryant topic, I tried to mention my rather antique age. I said that I am older than Bryant. Exactly 5 months and 20 days older. Now, try to count. But psst, keep it as a secret, if you can..

Unbiased user reviews.. What are you waiting for? You don't wait until I have tried msfs 2020 first, or what.

But you know that I am a fan of Mr Randazzo and his products. He also has a definite opinion about msfs 2020, which I have read a few months ago, but in this very moment I am not quite able to write it down. But I am able to retrieve that, if you are a little bit patient.

Don't wait too long, mate, if you like to afford an i7-7700K , for 409,- Euro (found brandnew, on March 3rd 2020) . I am curious about what a rocket cpu for 400,- is good for.

It seems as if my first try to find you a computer for msfs 2020 for 500,- was a little bit naive. But I am flexible, let's rather say 1500,- or 2000,- only for the computer case with ingredients.
Plus a number of new rather huge displays, for a few $ extra.

                            Episode 7: Multiplayer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezcSVFQdc5g

Related to Episode 7, which looks very nice, I wonder about other on-line interaction features as live ATC (i.e. not AI ATC) and shared cockpit (multiple persons operating the same plane at once, like pilot and copilot)

Another question... as you can see in the episode, the tool will not only show the on-line players, nut also the real flights that are taking place at the moment in the area. I wonder how is a simmer playing multiplayer going to do to land in very crowded airports like Heathrow, or how in-sim ATC (wither live or AI) is going to look like in such places.
