Picture one is accepted on my son's account, picture two I would like to put in the queue with your permission. Both photos were taken on March 9th, 2019 with an eight second delay. Allowed or not?

-I always save the pictures in high quality.
-Can the problem also be caused by the camera or telephoto lens?
-How do I recognize "JPG compression" in pictures. I don't see any difference in accepting pictures.

There is definitely compression/banding in the sky, so you might want to double check your save settings. If you are saving at maximum quality after editing, then perhaps your files out of the camera are being compressed - though looking at the file size (<300k), I'd bet you're not actually saving/exporting at maximum quality. Maximum quality for a 1200pix image should be more in the 400-500k range at least.

The finished image must be between 400 KB and 500 KB.
I've just looked at my Photoshop element when I want to save the image photoshop will automatically reduce the file size. I haven't found a way to manually resize the file to whatever format you think is best.

can you take a look at the four pictures because of JPG-compression, I have reduced the storage rate here. Better or not?

These images are heavily compressed, so much worse than before. You need to do the opposite of whatever change you just tried.

4 oversharpened, noise, blurry, quality
5 soft/blurry, contrast, noise

Only 1-3 are fixable. Compression does not appear to be a major issue with these images.
