I started a new thread because I could not find this one. Sorry but truly tried.
Once again here is the photo I am asking for help in pre-screening

Contrast is weak and there is a slight editing halo around the tail.

This photo was rejected because of contrast issues. Are these problems still present or have I fixed them?

Can't tell if it's been 'fixed' without seeing the rejected image.

Does it go into conflict with the existing photo in my database?

2. Or do I have to resubmit the photo but this one is of bigger size than the origina (1600 now 1400 before)

If there is 5-6 years between the images, should be ok. If only a few months, then likely to be considered similar.

But from what I understood, if the similarity is over 5 or 6 years old then it does not apply - is that correct?
