Corrected ones:
(as You've said it was soft in places, I've sharpened it a bit), (I've made this one less sharp and removed grain), Tried this one again, I've edited it according to Your hints, reduced contrast and exposure a bit

(I've added contrast and shadows in this one)

Are they ok after corrections ?

and new one please:

Thanks in advance

1 - reduce contrast, add exposure, 2,5- reduce contrast ???
1. try bringing down the exposure/contrast a bit. may be fixable.
2. not fixable.
5. lower exposure a bit, and increase contrast, but might not be fixable.

As to "photo 3", it was rejected twice already, despite it's a night shot, I've been told that it is underexposed, is it ok now ?
Thanks in advance

May I get some piece of advice how to correct "5." ? Maybe reducing saturation would help ?
No, white balance needs adjusting. Yellow/green cast visible.

5. How it should be levelled, I mean to DHMI Garage building would be ok ?
1. No, you need to correct the white point
2. No ... it's never that easy. Check the histogram and you well get a hint, what you need to correct. I suggest, you adjust the curves.
4. Not much you can do, due to the overcast light grey background
5. Some verticals seem to be slightly leaning to the right.
