Yeah the size ratio looks off. Yours looks like a 1x1. If you cropped it to 4x6 or 16x9 that should work. That's all I notice. I'm not equalizing it or looking at a histogram, nor am I screener. So I can't say for sure about anything else.

what about this one? as far as I'm concerned it could be between 4: 3 and 16: 9, right?

This one is slightly oversharpened and has editing halos, but otherwise should be ok.
