  • Seatbelts are needed on active taxiways

No one did died. Therefore, I am going to pop some popcorn.

Boeing Bobby, we definitely need to fire some Boeing management over this!

Like I said, ban all winglets.

Or... teach all pilots the meaning of "line up and wait".

[Not seen on the video, but from other sources]
      Tower clears Citation to land
Tower clears Hawker to line-up and wait on intersecting runway
Hawker starts takes off with no clearance

      [Seen in the video]
Hawker's left wingtip clips Citation's tail, and continues with the take-off

(ATC thought: WTF is Hawker doing, oh no, he just crashed that with that Cessna!)
ATC: Hawker maintain 3000 for me for now, heading 220
Hawker: We just had a mid-air, you cleared someone to take-off or land.
(ATC thought: YES, AND IT WAS NOT YOU, IDIOT!!!)

        Concur.
Also this incident would have never occurred if take-offs and/or landings were banned.

          I don’t understand. This should not_have happened.

I could be wrong, but I bet a beer that the crew ran a line-up checklist and or uttered and confirmed “cleared for takeoff”.
