Can someone tell me where the Artifacts are? This picture is saved with quality 12 (max in photoshop).
For trained eyes the sky looks very blotchy. Use the "check for dust" tool to see the big pixels yourself. This is often due to the use of filters during editing. No matter how high quality you save your shots, those filters will always kill your sky resolution.
I can correct the exposure, but it's a bit difficult for me to agree about the ''Horizon unlevel"... if we look at the grid I think it's leveled according to the most verticals.
Am I wrong?
Thanks in advance,
Erez.
Strong ccw rotation needed., don't ask me for reference, it's my local airport.
Alex,
I know it's your local airport.
But I still don't understand the point of reference here.
Best regards,
Erez.
Use the buildings in the background. They should be level. This is not a JP rule, just common sense. I'm now the third screener replying to you regarding the last two photos. I hope, that is enough. We also want to get the queue under control, which is still too large.
I would like to know if the issue is fixed in the new versions.

Don't see any issues with compression, though they do seem a touch high in the frame. Given that wasn't included in the rejection reasons, it shouldn't be an issue the second time around.

Okay thanks! Seems that I have finally found the good settings.
This looks to be about the light that I saw the aircraft in. It was not sunset, but later afternoon. The histogram looks Ok to me, but I will adjust if someone would kindly advise, as I like this photo.

It needs a fair amount of brightening. There is lots of room on the right side of the histogram to brighten it without blowing out any highlights. See the left side here:
It also seems borderline soft/blurry, so I might also suggest uploading at a smaller size than 1800 next time.
